50% refund of the advance amount if cancellation is at least 7 days before the departure date.
25% Refund of the advance amount if cancellation is at least 03 days before the departure date.
0% Refund if cancellation is less than 03 days before the departure date.

Every member must keep his/her original CNIC.
1) I haven’t brought any sort of drugs such as weed, narcotics, etc, or any other related item. and I haven’t brought any sort of illegal guns/arms along If found any, in my custody, Mountain Valley has the authority to cancel my registration at the very moment. Also, if Police or other law enforcement agencies find any sort of illegal stuff in my possession, I, myself, will be responsible and Mountain Valley will not be questioned on my behalf.
2) I’ll not humiliate/harass any fellow traveler throughout the whole tour. If I do so, Mountain Valley can take any action to control the situation.
3) I assume full trust in team Mountain Valley to take steps to control the situation if any mishap occurs throughout the tour like if the vehicle runs out of order.
4) Team Mountain Valley will not be responsible if any change in the plan required or delay is caused in reaching the destination due to any sort of road (jam, land sliding, and snowfall) issue.
5) Team Mountain Valley isn’t to be held responsible for any unfavorable event of robbery, accident, etc.
6) Mountain Valley reserves the right to cancel the trip anytime before/during the trip. In case of cancellation, Mountain Valley has to refund 100% amount (when the trip is canceled before the departure date) or all the money except costs-without taking any profit- of the trip (when cancellation happens during the trip.
7) I’ll pay for any extra expense during the trip such as the hiring of secondary transport (Jeeps, taxi, any other), extra food items, extra hotel charges in case of getting stuck due to any general reason.
8)Mountain Valley is not responsible for any unfavorable situation during trips like any loss of Luggage or life. Smoking in transport is strictly prohibited
09) - I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall demand any compensation from Tripping Tours for any reason.
10) 1000/ will be charged on the demand of any specific seat.

Dues must be paid before the last date of registration.
Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.
Participants are advised to use Non-slippery Shoes/Boot/Joggers/DMS. Participants must NOT wear Heel/Dress Shoes.
